I have just posted Paleo/Primal in a Nutshell Part 2: Exercise on Pay Now Live Later, but am posting here too, given the obvious relevance of the topic. As I mention in that post, this is a less clear cut part of the Paleo ethos and more open to debate, which I welcome in the comments here or on the other blog - although as I am on holiday over the weekend there may be a delay before they go live.
For the sake of keeping it punchy, there were a number of areas I avoided, such as steroids – even though the photos I used invited a mention. Perhaps something for future videos or posts.

Once again... well put together.
I find if I keep more active(not crazy WO active), just regular active, keeps me away from the kitchen (out of site out of mind) and I eat a lot less.
Un-fortunitly work (or lack of money) keeps me indoors and from being as active as I'd like. Primal eating is helping keep the balance in check.
this is awesome! I need all my personal training clients to see this! Really well done. I try to keep my blog filled with interesting material that doesnt just rehash the same other information and this fits the bill perfectly. Mind if I use the youtube video link (and reference you as the source blog, of course!)
Everyone needs to see pt 1 and pt 2 of what you have put together.
Jamie - thanks - sure, go ahead and use the youtube link. Hope it proves useful for your clients.
