Workout
Sets of one, alternated, so that each round was a chin up, a deadlift and a pistol on each leg:
Weighted chin ups - 1 @20kg, failed @25kg, 1 @20kg
Romanian deadlift - 1 @100kg, 1@110kg, 1@120kg
Swiss ball-assisted pistols - 1 on each leg, slowly, going down to parallel
Total Time: 20 minutes
