100 Push Up Challenge

100 Push Up Challenge - I did 88: 40, 8, 10, 10, 8, 6

Total workout time: 5 minutes

Post-workout nutrition: none - fasting until lunch today.

I read the blog post and fancied it. Running tomorrow and no weights planned until Tues so it seemed like a good idea.

Nice. I like the thought of the 100burpee challenge. I started to get the form right a few weeks ago with the intention of doing a hundred in what ever time then trying to beat it. Then I went on holiday ;-)

I think the 100 burpee challenge will be a lot harder, especially if done properly, considering it pretty much includes a press up as part of the movement... although there is no time limit on the 100 burpee challenge, right?
