I had planned to do 4 sprints, but by the end of the third, my legs were running out of gas and I felt sufficiently toasted to be happy to leave it. I have a fell race on Sunday so I think it was prudent to do less rather than more.

I didn't know you could sprint for that long. I feel a race coming on.
