Improvised Hotel Quickie Workout

Location: A hotel, London
Date: 31st March

Outside the hotel: 15 chin ups on a road sign, with a hanging leg raise between each
15 second sprint back to the hotel
Back at the hotel: 35 slow push ups
2 pistols, one on each leg, not quite to horizontal

Post workout nutrition: none - fasted.

Total Time: 15 minutes.
